These are some of our most frequently asked questions. If you have a question that was not answered here feel free to call, text, or email us!

Do I tip my performer(s)?

Tips are appreciated and welcomed. If you feel your performer(s) deserved gratuity you can hand it to them discreetly as they leave your event. If you forget to give them gratuity you can reach out to us or them directly and we will make sure it gets to them. Gratuity can be handled as cash, Venmo, Zelle etc. at/after your event.

How do I book?

Click our Book Now button and fill out our short questionnaire about your event. Your full balance is due within 24 hour of receiving our invoice.

Do you charge travel fees?
  • If your event is in the South Bay Area there is no travel fee.
  • If you are out of South Bay area there will be a travel fee that is calculated based on distance, traffic and parking availability.
  • If your event is far from our service area or is in an area with significant traffic the travel fee will be higher.
  • The travel fee can be adjusted on a case-by-case basis based on the scale of the event and how many characters are booked.
Why is the full balance due at booking?
  • Simplicity. Taking multiple payments is very time consuming for us when we do accounting and we would rather use that time to improve our costumes and activities. A small number of pervious customers didn't pay their remaining balances which was another factor in this decision.
I don't use PayPal or have a PayPal Account, can I pay you another way?

A PayPal account is not required, you may check out as a guest. All major credit cards are accepted. Your balance must be paid through our PayPal invoice. Gratuity can be handled as cash, Venmo, Zelle etc. at/after your event.

I don't see a character on your site do you offer it?

There is a good chance we might have added it to our selection but have yet to take pictures. The fastest way to see if we have a specific character is to text us at 408-800-7356. If we don't offer the character that you are looking for and enough people request it we might look into adding it.

I don't see an activity that I want can you do this instead? 

If the request is simple like helping with a piñata then we should be able to accommodate such a request. However, anything too complicated will be declined. A performer has a lot on their hands while entertaining a young audience and adding a new activity they don't have any experience with often doesn't go as planned.

What if I have to reschedule/cancel? / What if my birthday kid is sick? 

If the event has to be rescheduled there is a rescheduling fee that is based on the number of characters & how much notice was given. The rescheduling fee must be paid while reconfirming availability. If there is no availability and the event has to be cancelled the balance will be refunded less the cancellation fee. Cancellation fee will vary based on the following: how many characters were booked and how much notice was given before cancellation.

Do you offer any discounts? 

At this time we don't offer any discounts. This pandemic has not been kind to us and our performers. Please understand every little bit helps us tremendously right now.
